Catering

Do you provide catering services?

Yes, we do cater! Our Druid Hills, East Cobb and Hapeville locations are accepting orders.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to the Atlanta metro area.

How much does delivery cost?

The standard delivery fee is $35 and comes with our Delivery Guarantee – we deliver on time or delivery is free.

What is the max distance for delivery?

20 miles from our Howlin’ Willy’s location on 2566 Briarcliff Rd in Atlanta. (Located in the Willy’s Mexicana Grill)

What does the delivery fee include?

The fee includes delivery and set up of your order by the driver. We deliver on time or delivery is free.

Does the delivery fee include a tip?

The delivery fee does not include the tip. The tip is at the customer’s discretion and will be split between the driver and the store that prepares the order.

What is the standard tip amount?

The standard tip amount is at the discretion of the customer. Most tip anywhere between 15-20% on catering orders.

What is your minimum for catering?

All orders start at 15 people and increase in increments of 5 people.

What do I order if I don’t have 15 people?

You can place individual orders for pick-up or delivery online at www.howlinwillys.com

Are you able to pick up a catering order?

Only at our 2566 Briarcliff Rd location in Atlanta.

Do you offer servers?

We do not offer servers at this time, but our catering experience is simple and easy for self-serve set-up and clean-up for your events.

Do you clean-up after the event?

No, we do not, but clean-up is easy. All containers are disposable as well as recyclable and microwave safe.

Does the catering include warming materials?

No, but our food will be delivered in a timely manner in high quality thermal containers that help maintain adequate temperatures. All containers are microwave safe and are recyclable or reusable for leftovers.

Do you include paper products?

Yes, we include serving utensils, plates, napkins and cutlery along with cups for gallon beverage orders. Ice is available upon request.

Can I order online?

Yes, go to howlinwillys.com and select Order Catering. You have the option to order online or call 404-422-7107 to speak directly to a catering representative.

Online orders require 24 hour notice.

What forms of payment do you use?

We take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Do you bill or invoice companies?

For us to allow payment by invoice, you must set up a House Account with us when you call to place an order with a customer service team member. You must fill out an application, and once approved, you can pay by invoice.

Do you have vegetarian options?

The Willy’s Salad (no chicken), mac & cheese and coleslaw are all vegetarian menu items.

Do you have a food truck?

Not at this time.

Do you have a rewards program?

We currently do not, but you can always sign up to be a Howlinhead! We send specials and coupons if you are a member of our Howlin’ Willy’s eclub. We intend to launch a loyalty program by the end of 2023.

What is the difference between the heat levels of Chickens?

Not Hot • Just what it says!

Kinda’ Hot • More flavor with a slight burn.

Sweet Heat • Modest heat with a touch of sweetness.

Willy Hot • If you love the heat, this is for you.

Howlin’ • Fair warning! Howlin’ contains Ghost Peppers.

Can I order multiple heat levels?

We offer the choice of 2 heat levels.

Can I substitute my sides for chips?

No, chips are an add-on item only.

Can I add sides to my order?

Yes, you can add any additional sides except for our fries. For quality purposes, fries are not available for catering, they are only available in the store.  We offer Miss Vickie’s kettle-cooked potato chips if you want an alternative.

Online Ordering

What if I need to change or cancel my online order after I've placed it?

Online orders placed on HowlinWillys.com for immediate or future pick-up/delivery cannot be changed or canceled.

Who should I contact if I have an issue or question about my online order?

Please refer to our feedback page regarding online orders placed through HowlinWillys.com. If your order was placed through a 3rd party (like DoorDash or UberEats), please contact them directly.

Fundraising

Does Howlin’ Willy’s have any fundraising options?

We do! Along with Willy’s Mexicana Grill, we have several different fundraising options  depending on the type of event and/or organization, from school partnerships, spirit nights and more! Please email community@willys.com with details on your request.

How much advance notice is required for fundraising a request?

Requests should be made 2 weeks in advance, although we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests. For larger sponsorships, we need at least 3 months in order to get the full value of sponsorship with marketing materials.

Do you partner with any organizations?

While we have smaller partnerships with school organizations and colleges, both Howlin’ Willys and Willys’ Mexicana Grill partner on a larger scale with the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta.

How do I redeem my emailed coupons?

To redeem in-restaurant, present the printed coupon or show the offer from your  mobile device to the cashier at the time of payment.

How do I update my email preferences?

When opening an email from us, scroll to the bottom of the email to find the “update your preferences” link.

Why aren't I receiving my emails?

Please check your spam or junk folder and add 411@willys.com to your safe sender list. If that isn’t the issue, it’s possible your email became inactive if our emails have not been opened in more than six months.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

When opening an email from us, scroll to the bottom of the email to find the “unsubscribe from this list” link.

Are you planning to franchise?

There are no plans to franchise as we enjoy keeping this a family organization.

What is Willy Good Rewards?

Earn points when you order your favorite foods from Willy’s Mexicana Grill and Howlin’ Willy’s Hot Chicken online or in the Willy’s app and redeem your points for FREE food from both brands!

How can I join?

Simply create an account by downloading the Willy’s Mexicana Grill app from the App Store or Google Play for the best experience. You can also join by creating an account here.

How does the Rewards program work and what are the benefits?

Once you create your account you can start earning FREE rewards! Receive 10 points for every $1 you spend. Earn points automatically when you order in our app, online at Willys.com or HowlinWillys.com, or use your phone to scan your member QR code at the register.

Unlock FREE rewards from Willy’s Mexicana Grill and Howlin’ Willy’s Hot Chicken from the app or online – rewards like FREE Cheese Dip, Drinks, Entrees, Desserts and more! Do I need a smartphone to participate?

Not necessarily, but our mobile app is the best way to experience Willy Good Rewards. To earn points our restaurant without a mobile device, simply give your phone number to the cashier at the time of checkout and they can add them for you. If you forgot to provide your phone number, you’ll need to keep your receipt to submit your receipt bar code number into your rewards account.

What do I get for joining Willy Good Rewards?

You’ll get your choice of a FREE Medium Cheese Dip, Medium Guac from Willy’s Mexicana Grill or Ultimate Fries from our Howlin’ Willy’s locations. This reward may only be earned once and is valid for 7 days.

Can I earn and redeem rewards online?

Yes! Once you have created a log-in account for the Willy’s rewards program, you can “sign-in” to your account, place your order online, and pick up at your store or have it delivered to you.

Do catering orders earn rewards?

Not at this time, but stay tuned…it’s coming!

Can I earn points on delivery fees or third-party delivery platforms?

No on both accounts, however, you can order delivery through the Willy’s Mexican Grill app, Willys.com or HowlinWillys.com and automatically earn points on your purchase.

I forgot to scan for points in the restaurant. Now what do I do?

It’s all good! If you forgot to scan your member QR code from your mobile device at the store, or forgot to provide your phone number to the cashier, you can use your receipt to submit the bar code number into your rewards account on the Willy’s app or online.

Rewards points do not apply to orders placed before you joined Willy Good Rewards, orders placed online as a guest, purchase of a gift card, orders made through a 3rd party, or catering orders.

What if I accidentally checked out as a guest after I placed a takeout or delivery online order? Can I still get my points?

No worries, all you need to do is sign into your rewards account through the app or online and submit your bar code receipt to earn your points.

How long before my points load?

Points are loaded immediately upon checkout.

Can I earn points if I pay with a gift card?

Yes! You can earn points when you pay with your Willy’s gift card for orders placed through your Willy’s rewards account or scan your QR rewards code from your mobile device upon your gift card payment. As a reminder, the purchase of a gift card is not eligible for earning points.

I’m having issues scanning a reward or my QR rewards code in the restaurant, what do I do?

Try turning up your brightness so the scanner can read it. If that doesn’t work, the cashier can enter your phone number manually.

Who do I contact for questions about my rewards?

Submit your questions to help@willys.com. When submitting your questions, please include your name, phone number and rewards account number. If this is pertaining to an order placed with your rewards, please include receipt number. Please allow 24 hours for a response. Questions arriving over the weekend will be answered by the first business day.

Do points expire?

Points will expire after 365 days if the account is inactive.
